Our leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. Leaders are responsible for supervising assigned stations for an entire shift and may be assigned to open or close the restaurant; following established opening and closing procedures.
Leaders are given specific areas of ownership within the business, including Training, Marketing, Hospitality, Operations, & Food Quality. The qualities we are looking for in a candidate are character, caring, a willingness to grow and learn, and a commitment to maintaining and building on our tradition of service excellence. Hours of operation are 6:30am – 10pm (Monday-Saturday and we close on Sundays.)
